Definitely worth it. Its a great day trip. We took a bus straight up to Anacapri, did the chair lift (highly recommended), Villa San Michele, took the phoenician steps back down to the marina, did a 1 hour boat tour around the island, the up to main capri town for lunch, shopping and walking around.
